DMPTS IR FPA Detector Multi Parameters Testing System

DMPTS IR FPA Detector Multi Parameters Testing System

The DMPTS is an integrated test station, provides the ultra-low noise driving electronics and high quality radiometric stimuli, perform accurate evaluation and testing for IR focal plane arrays detector.

The DMPTS is designed with data acquisition systems, provide powerful, menu driven and flexible GUI software to perform tests and analysis, provide exhaustive and accurate measurement results.

The DMPTS achieves a high degree of versatility, easy to operating. Parameters user defined by GUI software, automatically generate test reports with data and charts.

The DMPTS can interface with the user’s own detector support electronics to perform detector testing and analysis.
